FAQ + Shipping Information

Note: Please be aware that items ship from The Netherlands. International shipping times are listed below. Please be aware of potential customs fees that you may be charged when the package arrives in your country.


🌿 How long is your processing time? 
Orders are shipped at least once a week, on Wednesdays. Any order placed before Wednesday 08:00 CET will be included in the shipment. 
Custom work will have a longer processing time, specified in the product description. 


🌿 What shipping company do you use?
Domestic orders are sent through PostNL. International orders are sent through Deutsche Post. 
Standard shipping is untracked, a tracking option is available at checkout for a small extra fee. 


🌿 How long does shipping take? 
Items are shipped from The Netherlands. Shipping times vary according to your location:
  • The Netherlands: 1 - 2 working days
  • European Union: 1 - 3 weeks
  • USA: 2 weeks - 3 months
  • Rest of the world: 3 weeks - 3 months

International shipping is still experiencing delays because of the pandemic. Please be aware of this and do not order if you need your items within a short timeframe. I am not responsible for packages being late. 



🌿 How can I track my order? 
Standard shipping is untracked, a tracking option is available at checkout for a small extra fee. 
The best way to track your order will be through third party tracking services, such as parcelsapp and 17track. 

Once the package has arrived in the country of destination, it should be trackable through your local postal company as well.

 

🌿 My address is incorrect
If you have entered an incorrect address during checkout, please email me as quickly as possible so I can adjust it when fulfilling your order. I am not responsible for an incorrect address.
If the package gets returned to me, it can be reshipped to the correct adress, or you may receive a refund minus any spent shipping costs. 

 

🌿 Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. If your items arrive incorrect, damaged, or much later than the expected shipping times that are described in the shipping section, please contact me so I can resolve the issue for you. I do not accept returns.
